We understand that sometimes customers may not be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@mikenotar.com within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. As soon as we receive your email, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your order.
Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
Original artwork is non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales of original artwork are final.
Commissioned artwork is non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales of custom-made artwork, including payment of upfront deposits for commissioned artwork, are final and are non-refundable.
Prints may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. They must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
If the item is returned due to damage during shipping, please include photographs of the damage and the packaging. A replacement can be sent to you as soon as possible.
Please note that we are unable to accept exchanges on any custom orders / commissioned artwork.
